Overview
The QUALIFI Level 4 Certificate in Aesthetic Practice is a comprehensive program tailored to equip learners with the essential skills and knowledge required for a successful career in aesthetic procedures. Recognized and regulated by Ofqual, this qualification ensures adherence to the highest standards in education and training.

Requirements:
Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
A Level 3 qualification or apprenticeship in Beauty Therapy or equivalent industry experience is required for direct entry to Level 4.
Completion of a First Aid at Work qualification or equivalent is mandatory.

Course Outline:
The qualification comprises four mandatory units, totaling 35 credits:
Health, safety, and hygiene for aesthetic procedures
Client consultation for aesthetic procedures
Skin rejuvenation using micro needling
Skin rejuvenation using superficial chemical peels
The course duration is flexible, with a recommended completion time of up to 6 months. Fast track options are available to accommodate varying learning paces.

Outcomes
Health, Safety, and Hygiene for Aesthetic Procedures: Implement essential measures to ensure the safety and well-being of clients during aesthetic procedures.
Client Consultation for Aesthetic Procedures: Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and tailor procedures accordingly.
Skin Rejuvenation Using Micro needling: Utilise micro needling techniques to rejuvenate facial and body skin, addressing imperfections and pigmentary conditions.
Skin Rejuvenation Using Superficial Chemical Peels: Select and apply appropriate chemical peels to rejuvenate the skin and correct mild pigmentary conditions.

Progression:
Upon completion, learners can progress to:
QUALIFI Level 5 Certificate in Aesthetic Practice.

Assessment methods include written assignments, verbal questioning, short answer questions, and practical observations, ensuring comprehensive evaluation of learners’ knowledge and skills.
