Qualification outline – The VTCT (ITEC) Level 4 Award in High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) is a specialized qualification within the beauty aesthetic industry, designed for practitioners with a minimum of a level 3 beauty therapy qualification or equivalent, who aspire to incorporate HIFU treatments into their skillset. With a focus on safety, regulations, and effective practice, learners will gain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of HIFU procedures, client consultation, and post-treatment care. This 21-hour course equips learners with the expertise needed to provide HIFU treatments competently, preparing them for employment or self-employment in the beauty aesthetic sector.
