Qualification outline – The VTCT Level 4 Diploma in Advanced Beauty Therapy is designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to work as advanced senior beauty therapists in the beauty therapy sector. This qualification builds upon previous beauty therapy training at Level 3 and covers a wide range of advanced specialist techniques. Mandatory units include laser and light treatments for hair removal and skin rejuvenation, as well as microdermabrasion techniques. Additionally, learners will gain understanding in dermatology, microbiology, physiology of ageing, salon management, and client care. Optional units allow for further development in areas such as research, IT, marketing, and public relations. Successful completion of this qualification prepares individuals for employment as advanced senior beauty therapists. Recognized by the Federation of Holistic Therapists, this qualification aligns with industry standards and eligibility for FHT membership.
Course duration – fast track options are available. The course duration can vary from 3 month to 6 months T&C’S apply depending upon prerequisites.
